Senior Producer
Location: Kraków, Berlin

Your responsibilities:

• manage the external content pipeline,
• work with external development teams to establish realistic production schedules,
• work closely with the product team to understand the game vision, priorities and expectations,
• facilitate the product feedback loop between stakeholders, product and design,
• coordinate with internal marketing, development, QA and analytics teams to ensure successful launches,
• ensure milestones are met and products are shipped on-time,
• identify and communicate projects risks to stakeholders.

Our requirements:

• 3+ years project management experience in the gaming industry,
• experience managing external development teams,
• eluent in English,
• exceptional team and project management skills,
• extremely strong problem solving and organizational skills,
• great communication skills,
• the ability to facilitate constructive and successful meetings.
