Senior Art Generalist

We invite you to work in Gdansk, we want to offer you:

We expect from you:

• 3 years of experience as 3D Artist
• At least 3 released games
• At least 2 released mobile games
• Software knowledge: 3DS Max or Maya
• Additional software knowledge: Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Zbrush
• Knowledge engine Unity
• Outstanding portfolio
• English proficiency good in both writing and speaking
• Good knowledge about the process of creating high quality and well optimized models
• Good understating of UV optimization

Nice to have:

• Software knowledge Houdini, Marmoset
• Requirement mobile industry knowledge
• Drawing skills as a plus
• Art academy degree as a plus
• Ability to thumbnail and conceptualize ideas quickly
• Ability to create hand painted textures as a plus

Your duties:

• Creating highly optimized good looking meshes based on given concept arts and documentation
• Creating nice looking, eye catching textures
• Assets implementation in Unity and theirs further optimization
• Cooperating with developers and other artists to achieve high visual quality
• May train, mentor or supervise the work
