Crimson Pine Games is looking for a Community Specialist based in Gliwice or Warsaw to work on coming productions and serve the large and growing community of new titles. The person in this role will act as a voice for the Product team, while also advocating internally for the evolving needs of the diverse users community. The goal is to facilitate productive conversations that influence Product decisions and maintain an open channel of communication regarding Product development roadmap. The person in this role will be a driving force coordinating the group effort it takes to inspire and support a self-sustaining community.

The person in this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Marketing of our games across all available channels
  • Being in touch with influencers, press, preparing press releases
  • Helping to drive the content pipeline, format and logistics for community
  • Initiating positive and supportive conversations inside the community around content, contests, information and opportunities that will be of interest to the community
  • Influencing the outreach strategy for coming productions
  • Supporting conversations on social media, in comment threads and on the forums, and in social media channels such as YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
  • Organizing the process of Product team participation on owned channels (fanpage, social media, forums); finding topics and resources to answer related topics; channeling information into documentation;
  • Sorting, triaging and funneling customer issues that surface in the community to the proper place and escalation path; coordinating closely with various stakeholders
  • Driving changes to the coming productions
  • Regularly analyzing and reporting community sentiment internally

The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English is a must)
  • Organized, flexible and able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • A passion for games and apps - especially ones on the App Store and Google Play
  • High comfort level with social media and online communications
  • Experience managing or working with creative communities
  • Experience creating, moderating, or managing forums and working in CMS environments
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/ASO
  • Familiar with the vocabulary and high level process of game development
  • Game or software development background would be an asset
