As a User Happiness Manager you will:

  • deeply care about user experience and solving users problems is your natural reflex,
  • listen to users voice attentively and proactively identify improvement areas,
  • be a great boss and leader who knows how to motivate and mentor a dispersed team,
  • use big picture thinking and recommend applicable solutions.

And to do so you:

  • have passion for gaming and gaming communities (not optional!),
  • have min. 2 years of experience in a relevant role,
  • have min. 1 year of experience in people management,
  • have advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills,
  • have strong communication skills,
  • speak English & Polish fluently.
