Nano Games is a Cracow based team creating games for PC & consoles along with serious games for professional training. Our products are based on the newest technology solutions as well as innovative physiological and psychological studies. If you want to get along with working in a creative environment of game development we'd like to offer you a job of Community Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Establishing and taking care of the relationship with the online community of players in English (interaction with the community, analyzing and reporting comments from the community, care for the growth and development of the community)
• Working with game designers and research team
• Managing website content
• Managing social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, external forums; copywriting and moderation
• Planning and running competitions and interacting with players
• Observing online activities related to our brands and how they are presented
• Creating reports and conducting effectivity analysis of taken actions

Key requirements

• Familiar with social media
• Knowledge of issues and tools used in measuring of effectiveness of online community development
• Good WordPress skills
• Fluent in Polish and English, both writing and speaking; elegant writing style
• At least 2 years' experience at similar position in working with brands, marketing, PR, advertisement or community management with documented achievements
