Server Administrator

EVERYDAYiPLAY, the studio behind Vikings Gone Wild, one of Facebook’s Top New Games of 2013, is looking for a Server Administrator to help with maintaining and developing the game infrastructure.

Main responsibilities on this position are:

• Maintain production and development game environments, as well as community web services (Nginx, PHP, MySQL)
• Maintain IT infrastructure in the company’s office
• Develop databases (PL/SQL - MySQL)
• Develop automatic procedures (Bash, Python)
• Work close with game developers to help with problem solving

Our minimal expectations:

• Communicative English skills
• Linux passionates (strong Linux skills, candidate should use some flavor of Unix on daily basis)
• 2 years of work experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of basic network protocols
• Good programming skills in at least one language
