JUNIOR GAME DESIGNER
KRAKOW/ LONDON
We are growing Location Based Gaming Studio, ideally situated in Krakow, and London, the epicenter of gaming! We have recently launched the economy game called Landlord - The property trading game. It’s a real world property game that allows you to buy venues you visit and then earn rent as people check in at those properties in real-time! We are currently looking to growth our teams in Krakow and London.
The successful candidate will have a background in economics and game design. Our GED will collaborate with teams of top location based game industry talent creating the next generation of exciting new mobile games as well as refining games in live services.

Desired:
Understanding of core player expectations and emotions
Ability to both conceptualize and implement game ideas using various tools and technology
Knowledge of social, browser and mobile games, specifically free-to-play games
Desire to work on a small team in a rapid, agile environment
Collaborative approach to working with engineers, artists and other designers
Able to filter and prioritize feedback from a variety of sources
Work on general game design, rules systems, play balance, interface design and multiplayer features
English verbal and written communications skills
Pluses:
Passion for and wide knowledge of location based games
Strong curiosity for free-to-play mechanics
Strong math and Excel skills
Programming knowledge
