QLOC S.A. is a fast-growing company offering game testing, localization and porting services. We work on all mainstream platforms (PC, PS3, PS4, PSP, PSV, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, 3DS, Mac, iOS, Android) and in more than 30 languages. So far we have successfully delivered more than 2000 projects for game developers and publishers worldwide.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Currently we're looking for an experienced sales individual who will drive revenue to ensure continued growth and profitability.

Place of work: QLOC’s Head Office, ul. Krakowiaków 50, Warsaw, Poland.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day business with clients;
  2. Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner;
  3. Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with clients;
  4. Deliver revenue growth for assigned clients;
  5. Manage the contract negotiation process with clients in order to achieve/exceed revenue objectives;
  6. Develop sales by making initial presentations; explaining service enhancements and additions; introducing new services;
  7. Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand;
  8. Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions;
  9. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
  10. Close sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts and quotes;
  11. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in the video game industry on a position that required direct communication with a client;
  2. Proven history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals;
  3. Experience with business contract analysis and negotiation;
  4. Very good command of spoken and written Business English;
  5. Ability to create sales proposals and presentations;
  6. Passion for video games;
  7. Ability to work in a team environment;
  8. Great interpersonal skills;
  9. Excellent organizational, analytical and negotiation skills;
  10. Ability to travel (typically ~20%).
