Do you understand free-to-play model? Do you know what core loops and metagames are? Do you know how freemium game economy should look like? We are looking someone experienced in game design, with knowledge of MMOs and virtual-goods based business models and strong monetization understanding.

Gamesture is a mobile game developer based in Krakow. We value talent, we do not believe in bureaucracy, all of us contribute to the final product. We believe that mobile games are great business, and the best way of getting big is by being small.

GAME DESIGNER

Responsibilities:

  • designing game mechanics, content and gameplay,
  • balancing the economy and difficulty of the game,
  • creating design documentation and keeping it up-to-date,
  • cooperation with programmers, designers and artists,
  • testing created content.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a game designer,
  • very good knowledge of mobile games and gaming industry,
  • excellent communication skills,
  • analytical and creative thinking abilities,
  • fluent in English,
  • both independent and work within a team abilities.
