COMMUNITY MANAGER (Paid Internship)

Company overview
Reality Games is a new and exciting mobile gaming studio. The Company is creating games and building a gaming engine that will allow us to take live, real world data and combine it with proven game mechanics to generate high retention mobile games.
The company has launched its first flagship game, Landlord 2, which uniquely combines the popular board game Monopoly, live, real world data taken from Foursquare and Facebook and proven game mechanics.

Outline of Responsibilities
• You will work on engaging our community of 20 000 players, and hopefully in next few months this number will go in to millions.
• Management and monitoring of our social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
• Assist with development and execution of our monthly broadcaster update.
• Blog content creation.
• Assist with marketing campaigns ranging from product launches to bespoke retention emails.
• Manage all user support enquiries, queries, questions and feedback.
• Identify frequently asked questions within the community and creating relevant articles, tutorials, videos.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.

Skills of Candidate
We believe you love games as we do, most of the things you will learn during your training. We expect that you will have:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage workload.
• Excel knowledge
• Forum software knowledge
• Some social media experience (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram)

Ideal Level of Experience and Compensation
This is a paid (1000 PLN /month), full-time internship for 3 months
