Company overview
Reality Games is a new and exciting mobile gaming studio. The Company is creating games and building a gaming engine that will allow us to take live, real world data and combine it with proven game mechanics to generate high retention mobile games.
The company has launched its first flagship game, Landlord 2, which uniquely combines the popular board game Monopoly, live, real world data taken from Foursquare and Facebook and proven game mechanics.

Outline of Responsibilities

• You will work with production, operations and business leaders to identify analytical issues with game economy
• You will provide reporting and performance monitoring using multiple sources of data
• You will Communicate effectively on key metrics related to user behavior, user segmentation, virality, marketing campaigns
• You will continuously develop new analysis and insights, to drive decisions and strategies for user acquisition, retention and monetization
• You will assists in design and implementation of advanced statistical testing for custom problem-solving, like A/B testing.
• Assists in the coordination of various research initiatives

Skills of Candidate
We believe you love games as we do, most of the things you will learn during your training.
We expect that you will have:

• Tiny experience working/or playing Free to Play games
• Motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage workload.
• Experience analyzing very large, multi-dimensional data sets using SQL, excel, statistical software,
• Ability to execute research projects, and generate practical results and recommendations

Ideal Level of Experience and Compensation
This is a paid (1500 PLN /month), full-time internship for 3 months
