UX/UI Designer

Reality Games is a new and exciting mobile gaming studio.
The Company is creating games and building a gaming engine that will allow us to take live, real world data and combine it with proven game mechanics to generate high retention mobile games.
We have launched our first flagship game, Landlord 2, which uniquely combines the popular board game Monopoly, live, real world data taken from Foursquare and Facebook and proven game mechanics.

Outline of Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have to maintain the highest ux design standards of our mobile games. In order to meet our high demand to develop new games and features we are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join and support our team.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the product team to design game features that meet key business and user goals
Creating flows, wireframes and other UX documentation for these game features
Helping the art and engineering teams implement the user experiences you design
Gathering qualitative and quantitative user feedback to optimize existing UX designs and inform new ones

Desired:
1+ years of practical UI/UX design experience
Experience designing for online consumer services, preferably mobile games
Strong skills in crafting fun/effective user flows, wireframes and interactions
Solid understanding of interaction design fundamentals and best practices
Understanding of “free-to-play” business model, including customer acquisition, retention and monetization (virtual goods)
Strong cross-functional communications skills; verbal, written and visual
Ability to produce high-quality work quickly, iterating toward the best solutions
Passion for gaming, especially in the mobile sphere
