QA Engineer - Galaxy

As you may know, GOG.com is more than just a place to buy games. Aside from our vast catalogue, we are building GOG Galaxy, a truly gamer-friendly online gaming platform, to offer our community online multiplayer, convenient game updating and the option to stay in touch with friends. On top of all of this, we strive to provide our users with the best possible experience there is! This is why we would like a QA Engineer to join our Galaxy Team and help us continuously improve the quality of the Galaxy Client application.

Responsibilities:

• Performing regression tests for multi-platform desktop applications.
• Creating test scenarios, when new features arrive.
• Creating internal documentation for the developed applications.
• Automating the QA processes.
• Managing issues reported through multiple channels.

Required skills and experience:

• C++ and Python excite you, rather than scare you away.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Very well developed communication skills.
• Proactive approach and very well developed problem solving skills.

Pluses:

• 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Experience with QA tools such as Mantis, Redmine or other similar ones.
• Master degree in IT or engineering.
• Experience with test automation.
