Lead Unity Developer

Playsoft was founded in 2004 by 2 enthusiasts of games and new technologies. We have studios located in Paris and Gdańsk with over 100 passionate people. We work on games for top-tier clients (Electronic Arts, Square Enix, Turner, Gumi) and on our own IP. Our mission is to create great, unique and mind blowing games. Mission:
-Lead the programming efforts in a small team environment
-Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to write robust and flexible systems
-Creation of technical documentation
-Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in accordance with design and technical documentation
-Help to guide architecture and framework decisions with an informed technical strategy
-Check team developers code and give them advice when needed
-Debugging and code optimizations
-Proposing own solutions to increase productivity of the platform and to simplify the architecture

Required skills:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
-Minimum 2 years of experience in creating games/apps in Unity
-Experience in creating project documentation
-Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and problem solving.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Excellent time management skills and ability to meet team deadlines
-Good English skills
-Knowlege of C++ and OpenGL as a plus
