Game Producer

Playsoft was founded in 2004 by 2 enthusiasts of games and new technologies. We have studios located in Paris and Gdańsk with over 100 passionate people. We work on games for top-tier clients (Electronic Arts, Square Enix, Turner, Gumi) and on our own IP. Our mission is to create great, unique and mind blowing games. We don’t only make fun – we have lots of fun too by doing what we really enjoy!

Mission:
-Managing a team of around 15 people (programmers, testers, graphic designers, game designers)
-Optimizing production and QA teams flows
-Respecting the constraints of deadlines, quality and budget
-Reporting the project progress to the customer and upper management
-Analysing and reporting all the customers needs

Required skills:
-You are a motivated and hard-working person
-You have 5+ years of experience in IT project management
-You have good analysis and synthesis skills
-You are a creative and problem solving oriented person
-You are able to meet challenges and work under time constraint
-You have very good verbal and written English skills
-You are interested in video games and mobile phones industry
-You have an experience in managing people and in Agile methodology
