Project Manager Games

Requirements:

very good command of written and spoken English
professional experience in games production, preferably in an international environment, and have shipped at least 1 game title
ideal candidate will have experience in project management and understanding the agile production cycle in games production
passion for games and/or the entertainment industry
experience in partnering with recording studios would be a plus
ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
ability to drive cross-group problem solving, customer advocacy and ability to apply creativity, critical thinking and solution-mindedness in a dynamic working environment
attention to detail with strategic thinking and strong problem solving skills
strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
fluency in a second language a plus
experience in using CAT tools will be considered an asset

Scope of responsibilities:

project management of video games localization projects – creation of project schedule, management of internal and partner resources
monitoring and controlling project status
pro-active risk management for each project
resource management and allocation
preparation and maintenance of projects documentation
managing project finances
compliance with relevant and applicable procedures
ongoing communication with customers and subcontractors
