Currently, to our office in Warsaw, we are looking for experienced: CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS

Ideal candidate has:

• proven experience on Customer Service or Call Center position
• real passion for video games (previous working experience within gaming industry, would be a big advantage)
• ability to read, listen and communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
• excellent communication and customer service skills
• ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking

The successful candidate will:

• join our new team of game support specialists
• provide outstanding and professional customer services by answering phone, email, live chats within gaming industry
• have daily contact with people from the industry and access to large variety of games
• have fascinating work atmosphere built up by real videogames fans
