Overview:
The Chief Technology Officer’s role is to assure the successful execution of the company’s business mission through development and deployment of Reality Games mobile presence & products.

The CTO will be instrumental in helping to scale a very dynamic and growing organization. This person should have deep technology knowledge and be able to evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for the delivery of Reality Games products.
Company Level Responsibilities:
• Serve on the Executive Team, co-owning company strategy and leadership
• Prioritize the company over the specific function Product-Oriented Responsibilities Create and articulate the company’s product vision and product road map
• Recruit, develop and retain top engineering talent
• Lead the engineering process and gets hand dirty (code)
• Lead execution of technology partnerships, relationships, etc.
• Identification of competitive services and opportunities for innovation
• Identify technology trends & evolving social behavior that influence business
Experience, Technical skills & Knowledge:
• Years of experience in Gaming, real time banking, eCommerce or consumer facing software product companies.
• Should have worked in a high growth technology environment.
• Strong development experience in C++, Java and PHP.
• Strong analytical skills with previous experience working with complex data sets.
• Background in high volume web applications, data mining and multi-tiered transactional systems.
• Should have experience of scaling up operations and should have handled team size of 25+.
• Should be technically competent in web and mobile technologies.
• Experience with animated/static UI using MVP pattern, Game Logic, 3rd party SDK integration.
• Knowledge of cross platform game development tools is preferable.
• Experience with mobile platforms and well as web platform.
