Localization Project Manager

QLOC S.A., a leading video game services company, is currently looking for:

Localization Project Manager

Responsibilities on this position will include:
• Creating plans and budgets for projects,
• Implementing the plans and securing its realization, controlling the process of translation, recording, testing, programming and accepting the final materials,
• Controlling costs and the realization of the budgets,
• Managing two-way communication with the clients and developers,
• Ensuring clients’ satisfaction,
• Preparing reports on the state of projects on client’s or superior’s request,
• Managing projects using an internal application (editorial plan),
• Cooperation with other departments and external contractors.

Skills expected from candidates:
• At least two years of experience in the field of localization (preferably video game) project management,
• Vast knowledge of the video game industry, gaming in general,
• Familiarity with computer games production processes (programming, localization, testing),
• Experience in all stages of project management (planning, budgeting, implementation, managing changes, evaluating progress),
• Very good MS Office skills (leading localization & CAT tools knowledge will be a plus),
• Very good ability to work in a team,
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors,
• Fluency in English language,
• Native level knowledge of languages from the FIGS/RU range will be considered an additional asset.
