We are based in Krakow, Poland, and we are seeking producers to help us develop our exciting games both current and new.

Job Description?
You will work closely with the Product Owner to plan and maintain the project roadmap as well as plan and prioritize work on a sprint to sprint basis.
Maintain product backlog based on ongoing production, player feedback, QA reports and trends in the market.
Manage cooperation with external service providers (marketing, user acquisition, analytics, QA, etc.)
Support the team by identifying and eliminating obstacles and ensuring proper communication.
Ensure a clear vision of the short- and long-term goals is shared by the team.
Drive positive change by constantly re-evaluating team performance and identifying areas of improvement.
Design processes and best practices.
Plan and coordinate external testing sessions.
Take active part in setting the creative direction of all current and future projects.
