Lead Programmer

We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and freshly released The Thaumaturge. Now that The Witcher Remake is in development, we are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team for this project, developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED studio. At this point, the game is in its initial phases, and we have seasoned developers who have contributed to past Witcher titles on board. Sounds interesting? Get in touch with us!

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and implementing game features.
• Ensuring high standards of code quality and pipelines.
• Coordinating a team of programmers, helping schedule workloads (daily, weekly, and for every milestone).
• Cooperating closely with producers and the Technical Director.
• Communicating continuously with all other departments to ensure their needs are met.

Requirementss

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage work in multidisciplinary teams.
• C++ programming skills on a Senior level.
• At least one title shipped on Unreal Engine.
• Fluent English.

• Previous experience as a lead in gamedev.
