Hello, talented Game Designer!

Cherrypick Games is looking to hire an experienced Game Designer to help us develop new games and features for our new and current casual games. We are looking for dynamic, dedicated individuals with a passion for creating outstanding games and exceptional user experiences.

• Set Design Direction: Figure out how things should look for a project, making sure it matches what the project wants to achieve.
• Create Design Rules: Make rules about how things should look and be laid out so they all look like they belong together.
• Keep Design Records: Write down how things should look and work so everyone knows what to do.
• Make User-Friendly Designs: Make sure things are easy for people to understand and use.
• Keep Designs Consistent: Make sure everything looks the same and follows the rules of the brand.

We are looking for a versatile game designer who can balance engaging game levels, fine-tuning gameplay mechanics, and defining UX flow to meet core KPI goals. The ideal candidate is highly creative, but values execution the same as the novelty of ideas, while always staying grounded in best practices.

Check Your gamedev skills:

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Game Creation and Design: You need at least two years of experience making and designing games for mobile, PC, or consoles.
• Solid Understanding of the Game Market: You should know a lot about how games are made and sold.
• Good Understanding of Game Balance, Level Design, and Viral Design: You need to know how to make games fair, fun, and shareable.
• Able to Create Interesting Stories and Characters: You should be able to make stories and characters that keep players interested.
• Knows How Players Interact with Games: You should understand how people play games and how to make * games that they like.
• Great at Communication and Collaboration: You should be good at talking to people and working with them.
• Passionate About Making Fun and Addictive Games: You should love making games that people enjoy playing over and over again.
