What is this internship program all about?

By joining TSG as an intern, you’ll become a full-fledged member of the team, which means that you won’t just be learning for three months, you’ll also have a real impact on our products. What will you be doing?

• Creating environment 3D assets based on concept art and references;
• Creating high-quality 3D models and textures;
• Integrating 3D assets into the game engine;
• Cooperating with other departments to improve and optimize location production and other areas of the project’s environment;
• Planning, estimating, and delegating tasks for assets that are required for a level;
• Providing feedback to other artists to make sure both artistic and technical requirements are met;
• Setting up realistic and visually appealing lighting.

What are we looking for?

• Pursuing a degree or certification in 3D art, game design, computer graphics, or a related field;
• Portfolio demonstrating 3d skills;
• Knowledge of Blender or other 3d packages;
• Student status;
• Fluent in Polish and high-level English (at least B2);
• Basic Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Amaze us with:

• Knowledge of animation;
• Understanding of game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
