THE VISION

We are looking for a talented Game Designer who will join our team in creating and tuning the rules of gameplay within our project. The person on this position will work closely with our gameplay programmers on prototyping and implementing stages and will ensure that the gameplay functionality, the combat systems, as well as the overall gameplay experience are carried through to completion in the highest possible quality.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL

• Be responsible for selected gameplay features.
• Create low level implementation and technical documentation based on high-level design.
• Implement, balance, polish and maintain those features.
• Cooperate with other team members to achieve highest quality of the features.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years’ experience in the game industry as a Game Designer (with at least 1 published game in a gameplay/system design role)
• Experience with game editors and game design tools
• Excellent understanding of game design fundamentals
• Proven success in creating compelling and innovative gameplay mechanics in AAA game as a Game Designer
• Both analytic and creative thinking abilities
• Extensive knowledge of current game design trends, specifically in Action/RPG area
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work and be efficient within a team
• At least one AAA RPG title shipped will be a strong plus.
