THE VISION

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an experienced Lead Writer to join our outstanding team. The person in this position will be responsible for leading a team of Writers in Cracow. You will work closely with the Creative Directors in Cracow and Warsaw to define the story direction and write the story and dialog elements for significant parts of Cyberpunk 2077. CD PROJEKT RED combines work in a dynamic and highly creative environment with the possibility to directly influence development of critically acclaimed AAA video games.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL

• Lead a team of Writers in Cracow in the story development of elements of Cyberpunk 2077.
• Develop the back story, characters, plotlines, and write dialogs and on-screens.
• Work closely with the principal creatives in Warsaw and Cracow.
• Report directly into the Design Director in Cracow.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experienced in professionally writing in a creative form for games, TV, film, or comics.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Lead.
• Deep knowledge of the Cyberpunk genre.
• Native Polish and fluent English.
• Experience in fiction and dialog writing.
• Creativity, erudition, communication skills.
• Flexible approach towards design process.
• Passion for games.
