Producer

Robot Gentleman, the independent games developer responsible for the dark comedy atomic adventure 60 Seconds!, is on the lookout for a talented producer to join and support the growth of our studio in Poznań, Poland.

Your role

• Assistance with the organisation, recruitment, integration of new teams and ribbon cutting
• Production support for multi-disciplinary Robot Gentleman teams at all stages of project development
• Fostering and being an active part of the bottom-up environment of independence and creativity
• Maintaining and improving communications between our teams
• Managing outsource relationships
• Improving the workflow, production pipelines, resource allocation and keeping us from stepping on each other’s toes
• Assisting in the business development of the studio

Your talents

• 3+ years of production experience, preferably in games development or the film industry
• Love for video games and storytelling. Also, it helps if you think games are/can be art.
• Knowledge of the games industry, modern gaming hardware and current gaming trends
• Good grasp of all aspects of game production (technology, design, art, audio, video, QA, marketing etc.)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to overcome all the chaos our creative team generates
• Be a creative and seasoned problem-solver with initiative
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - be able to get along and collaborate with crazy people hailing from different disciplines
• Experience and enthusiasm towards working with compact, agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Not afraid of challenges and working in an intensive environment that requires multi-tasking

Your skills

• Knowledge and experience with a third party engine (preferably Unity) - both in terms of production and development
• Knowledge and/or experience with agile methodologies - namely Scrum, TDD, XP
• Experience with version control systems P4/SVN/Git
• Experience with management and bug tracking software
• Experience with “lite” management and communication tools - Trello, Slack
• Excellent verbal and written English - practical use is of the essence, we’re not interested in language certificates from a decade ago
