Helpdesk Engineer (Krakow)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software
  • Handling incoming requests on work and upgrading software, equipment, registration of applications I- nstallation, configuration and support of standard set of user software.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in information technology/communications
  • Good English skills – enough for communication with foreigners
  • Strong knowledge of Windows
  • Strong knowledge of hardware (troubleshooting)
  • Experience in users support (Service Desk) or as junior system administrator
  • Experience in support of corporate networks (general understanding of TCP/IP stack)
  • Fast response, excellent communication skills, learning, kindness, endurance, ability and desire to communicate with people, teamwork, resourcefulness.
