Scrum Master

We’re Playsoft, a mobile game development company of 40 based in Gdansk, Poland. We’ve been around for 12 years working exclusively in mobile games, both developing our own IPs and working with top publishers like EA, Squar Enix, Scopely, Nickelodeon, Konami.

Currently we are looking for a SCRUM MASTER who is passionate about making a difference through process improvement, have an outstanding willingness to learn, and is constantly looking for new ways to progress.

Responsibilities:
 Schedule and facilitate the Scrum process (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives & Backlog Grooming)
 Work with Product Owners to define business priorities and manage evolving project requirements
 Helping the team to remove obstacles to reach Sprint goals
 Monitor release progress, facilitate the team’s progress toward the goal

Requirements:
 Work experience in a Scrum Master position
 Deep knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and theory
 Excellent self-organization skills and high attention to detail
 Full proficiency in English
