Customer Support Agent - Gaming Industry

The successful candidate will:

• Join our team of Customer Support specialists working with multiple well known Video Games
• Provide outstanding and professional customer care services to customers by e-mail, phone and web chat within gaming industry
• Work together with team leaders and trainers to constantly keep knowledge up-to-date

Ideal candidate has:

• Real passion to viedo games
• Ability to read, listen and communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
• Previous working experience in Customer Service or Call Center position, would be a big advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking
