RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan Merchandising Strategy for Team Kinguin
- Negotiate costs with vendors for Merchandise production
- Continuously follow up with suppliers on delivery and status of all ordered merchandise
- Analyze sales projections, business model and growth
- Take full ownership of merchandise inventory
- Negotiate, execute and manage new license agreements to achieve strategic objectives and reach revenue goals
- Identify new licensing opportunities and fill product category gaps
- Manage the licensee lifecycle from contract to product development and execution
- Collaborate with internal departments: legal, finance, sales, marketing and events
- Support brand marketing initiatives and execute plans in a timely matter
- Work with our creatives for licensing style guides development and route for proper approvals with key stakeholders
- Support the team on new initiatives and business opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Management or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a Brand Licensing Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills both in Polish and English
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
