Brand Licensing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan Merchandising Strategy for Team Kinguin
• Negotiate costs with vendors for Merchandise production
• Continuously follow up with suppliers on delivery and status of all ordered merchandise
• Analyze sales projections, business model and growth
• Take full ownership of merchandise inventory
• Negotiate, execute and manage new license agreements to achieve strategic objectives and reach revenue goals
• Identify new licensing opportunities and fill product category gaps
• Manage the licensee lifecycle from contract to product development and execution
• Collaborate with internal departments: legal, finance, sales, marketing and events
• Support brand marketing initiatives and execute plans in a timely matter
• Work with our creatives for licensing style guides development and route for proper approvals with key stakeholders
• Support the team on new initiatives and business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Management or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience as a Brand Licensing Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills both in Polish and English
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Strong analytical skills
