Franchising Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare the internal operational manual for Kinguin eSports Bar.
• Kinguin eSports Bar is the social place for video games enthusiasts where you may watch the best in video game tournaments, craft beers and custom cocktails
• Development of franchising opportunities.
• Provides training and information on the business policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the relationship management with Franchisees
• Finding and developing new franchisees for the business.
• Analyze business plans, give advice and assist with identifying areas of improvement

REQUIREMENTS

• At least bachelor's degree in area of speciality
• At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
