Merchant Account Manager

Duties

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the merchants
• Build and maintain strong, trusted, long-lasting relationships with the merchants
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the merchants' needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly and discuss the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives/sales to your direct supervisor
• Forecast and track key account and performance metrics Identify the growths opportunities within market segment and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Search for and attract new merchants (keep them happy, keep them coming)
• Organize daily sale events (Flash Sales, Today's Deals)
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Required skills

• Previous experience in account management, B2B services, or other relevant experience – ideally in a digital products/IT/media company
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with a strong focus on details
• Fluent English is essential; second language is a plus (DE, FR, IT, ES, PT, CN, RU)
• Very strong Excel skills
• Programming and scripting background and experience is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in the gaming industry is a plus (Steam, Steam Community and trends - knowledge, Steam Trades and Skins knowledge, Origin, Uplay, Battle, etc.)
