Senior HR & Education Specialist

Duties

• Understanding the business operations as well as HR practices, trends, and issues;
• Completing recruiting and hiring processes;
• Managing employee trainings and company meetings;
• Managing employee events, employee recognition/self-evaluation programs - planning, facilitation, -monitoring and execution;
• Distributing books and Kindle e-readers among employees;
• Tracking, monitoring, analyzing and communicating information relevant to HR-related activities within the company;
• Maintaining good communication with employees (cooperation with/support geographically dispersed employees);
• Promoting a positive working environment;
• Performing other duties/ projects as assigned.

Required skills

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience in a professional services environment;
• This experience is preferred with a multi-national company, but not required;
• Experience must include the development and delivery of administrative, HR and business support processes;
• Prior experience with working with senior management;
• Good command of English – it's a must;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite;
• Leadership, interpersonal, communication, and teambuilding skills;
• Ability to effectively plan and demonstrate organizational skills;
• Attention to detail, time management and prioritization;
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
• Availability for business travels.
