RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing daily orders
Customer verification
Correspondence with our customers via LiveChat and our ticketing system.
REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of Czech & English
Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively
Able to work on shift work including weekends and holidays
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Organized with good time management skills
Creative and self-motivated; keen on learning and growth
Good with computers
Loves to help
Experience in e-commerce, customer service and computer games is a plus
