You will be working on Landlord Real Estate Tycoon game, and two other new titles.
 Join us and help us make 2018 the breakout year in mobile gaming.

This is you:
• Happy to work in Krakow, Poland.
• 
Experienced in digital marketing; social ads, SEM, display, content marketing or affiliates and breadth across multiple channels.

• Analytical and highly numerate.
• You should be comfortable digging through data, working with analytical models and AB testing, and able to break down problems in a structured way.

• Biased to action; create ideas, think outside the box, be a problem solver and solution finder, be proactive, use initiative to develop and improve.
• 
A genuine marketing geek.
• You’re interested in all the latest developments, new channels and ways to get an edge.
• You’re constantly looking at ways to improve the design, content and conversion across multiple channels.

• A creative scientist; bring artistry, a good gut feel and a high taste level when it comes to building content and brand collateral; show a passion for our mission, an appreciation of product and brand, and an understanding of our customer.

• Highly organised, able to multi-task and project manage; can correctly prioritise multiple issues, can process large amounts of data from disparate sources and can use good critical judgement to make correct assumptions and decisions.

• Able to work autonomously without micro-management and clear direction, in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment; possess the self-motivation and inner drive to set and deliver against tight deadlines.

You also have:
• Growth Hacker marketing experience and pedigree driving mobile app downloads
• User Acquisition Experience that joins up with wider marketing strategy
• Both Paid & Free Acquisition marketing experience.
• Able to successfully target campaigns to an audience
• Twitter, Facebook, ASO, SEO Content, CRM, Display, Email, viral marketing
• Previous experience working with start-ups
Responsibilities at this position:
• Build a marketing function to scale-up acquisition, conversion and monetization: 

• Utilise the full mix of digital activation channels, data analytics and AB testing: display, mobile, SEO, viral, social, with a focus on maximising influencer marketing tools to deliver consistent acquisition of new users (volume of registrations). 

• Define and deliver conversion and retention strategies, to increase the activity of users (MAU) across all user groups, and cross-sell/up sell both sides of the marketplace so that buyers become sellers and vice versa.
Identify and engage with key influencers in our community and ensure that they become advocates of the Reality Games product and story.

• Put Reality Games on the map and enable the brand to “punch above its weight” in the market by establishing influential user communities within high potential buyer and seller customer groups.
• 
Create, build and manage a highly engaged community of users, utilising all leading-edge techniques available.

• Create and manage specific demand generation campaigns that are regionally tailored for individual geographies and user segments.

• Further enhance the brand equity and develop the brand promise.

• Create opportunities for PR and brand placement, e.g. celebrity endorsement.
• 
Use branding strategies to develop an emotional connection with our community. 
Lead the team to achieve their full potential.
• Set an exciting and inspiring direction, truly own the function, set high standards of execution, recruit world-class people, keep them challenged and motivated, and coach and grow them into stars.
