We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals with pleasant personalities and good organizational skills to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

The selected candidate will:

develop and execute Employer Branding strategy by using social media, job boards, participation in job fairs,
design High Potential program, identify talents for current roles in the company,
lead full cycles for recruitment process and talent management,
create an employee retention strategy, reduce the fluctuation rate,
develop performance appraisal and succession plan processes,
closely cooperate with hiring managers in order to elaborate a coherent talent acquisition plan,
constantly review and update recruitment procedure in order to adjust to the current labour market needs,
build career paths and assure employees’ personal and professional development,
create talent acquisition budget and deliver projects within the frame of assumptions.

The ideal candidate will have:

at least bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, management, marketing, sociology, psychology),
min. 5 years of progressive Talent Management experience, preferably in international companies,
prior experience in working with senior management,
good command of English both written and spoken,
high negotiation and communication skills,
creative and innovative approach towards the company’s presence on Social Media
proficiency with Microsoft Office suite,
availability for business travels,
knowledge of gaming market would be an asset.
