Game Designer

As a Game Designer you will be responsible for bringing new social games to life both creatively modeling the vision and implementing the existing ideas. You will plan game features and models working closely with the development team focusing on user experience, engagement and monetization.

Core Responsibilities

• Come up with new, original and fun concepts for social games.
• Make ideas and sketches come to life by transforming them into detailed plans and models.
• Identify new features and ideas which will boost user experience, monetization and user engagement.
• Design, perform and analyse user tests and game stats to recommend and implement design solutions.
• Create and keep the design and specification documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing Social Games.
• Knowledge of game design, level design, gameplay design.
• Strong knowledge of game balancing and pacing.
• Profound understanding of social networks.
• Systematic and strategic thinking as well as imagination and creativity.
• Passion for games especially casual or social games.
