We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will join our Payments team. This position reports to Head of Payments, one of the verticals in the company structure.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Create & Coordinate with shared service teams in the execution of transition projects during the whole project lifecycle
- Track and report on progress on transitions against the agreed plan during transition phase and ensure the best practices are leveraged across the teams
- Contribute to the design and the development of transition methodology, supporting tools and processes
- Consider and resolve/mitigate risks/ issues from planning and executing
- Planning, executing, monitoring and closing small projects including quality assurance and risk management,
- Taking ownership from planning to execution to successful completion.
- Creating and managing budgets
- Supporting experienced colleagues in bigger initiatives and providing guidance subordinates.
- Tracking progress of tasks against agreed estimates.
- Coordinating regarding any payments issues with the Customer support and IT team.
- Managing different projects and coordinating with marketing, legal and IT teams.
- Conducting status review meetings with other internal teams or external partners.
** Required Qualifications And Skills **
- University degree.
- Very good English
- 2 - 4 years of applicable experience
- Experience ecommerce industry is a must and experience in payments industry is a plus
- Able to write clearly business requirements for a dedicated payments project.
- Experience of coordinating internally with all levels of the organization like marketing, IT, legal, finance etc
- Strong creative, analytical, communication, multitasking and interpersonal skills.
- Experience within gaming industry is a plus.
- Excellent client and customer service skills
- Project Management Skills is a must
- Able to achieve KPI and work on monthly reporting to the supervisor..
- Familiar with budgets and expense reporting.
