Network Programmer in Unreal Engine 4

HyperVR developer studio (Blue Technology Sp. z o.o) is seeking an exceptional Network Programmer to join our team. The right candidate will have experience developing advanced networking solutions for large scale games, and come with a positive attitude, a passion for games, and ability to communicate with group of people as effectively as you do a computer.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement online systems supporting multiplayer gameplay, customization, and purchases
• Organize data flow to allow for prediction and synchronization as needed
• Identify and solve development obstacles or risks that arise
• Optimize code and data for memory usage and performance for both server and client
• Collaborate with other developers so that systems work together and as intended

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated proficiency in C++ coding
• 1+ Years professional game development experience
• Shipped at least one game title
• Technical game development in Unreal Engine 4
• Experience with Client/Server architecture and Unreal Engine 4 replication
• Able to adhere to internal coding standards
• Multi-platform experience on PC, mobile and optional console (PS4)
• Strong debugging and problem solving skills
• Structures and writes readable code and comments
• Strives to meet deadlines while able to assess feasible tasks
• Active Gamer :)

Pluses:
• Experience developing in VR (HTC Vive / Oculus Rift)
• Dedicated or scalable server development
• Integration of Anti-Cheat and Security Measures
• Utilizes plenty of logging to ensure intended behaviors
