User Acquisition Specialist

We’re Playsoft, a mobile game development company of 40 based in Gdansk, Poland. We’ve been around for 12 years working exclusively in mobile games, both developing our own IPs and working with top publishers like EA, Square Enix, Scopely, Nickelodeon, Konami.

Currently we are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to join us in our Studio in Gdańsk.

Responsibilities:
 Create and drive plans for acquiring new players through mobile user acquisition strategies
 Analysis and management of advertising channels
 Planning and management of advertising campaigns in Facebook, Google etc.
 Development and management of marketing campaigns for the App Store and Google Play
 Analysis of the results of advertising campaigns
 Staying up to date on latest user acquisition trends and emerging platforms
 Develop the community management strategy and practices.
 Implement community management actions and monitor forums.
 Planning and creating in-game events

Requirements:
 At least 2 years of experience in user acquisition for mobile games
 Thorough understanding of current mobile games market
 Passion for games
 Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital marketing metrics
 Full proficiency in English
