We’re looking for Office Manager / Management Board Assistant for our studio in Katowice

Requirements:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Active player of video games (mobile, console or PC)

Duties:

• Organising document flow
• Working with external accountancy & law agencies
• Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
• Preparing reports and documents
• Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
• Attending conferences
• Assisting in project management

The position will be open since 1.12.2013, but we want the candidate to be able to start a week or two earlier.
