360 Images overpainting job

Hi everyone,

Lucky Duck Games is working on a super innovative project that involves Virtual Reality.
We would like to test the idea of 'Overpainting' a 360 photo to have a more cartoonish output.

Let me explain. Look at this picture here:

The job is simple - overpaint the transformed version which basicaly is a flatten version of the 360 image.
We want to go for a 'realistic' fantasy/cartoonish that could look like this:
