CI Games S.A. is looking for candidates that will take the role of:

PLAYER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Warsaw

Responsibilities:
•Resolve problems reported by the players to ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction,
•Gather players' opinions which might support the production team during making improvements to the games,
•Cooperate with production team to identify and fix potential support issues before new releases go live
•Help us to improve in house built tools designed to make the Player Support work easier and more streamlined,
•Work closely with PR and marketing on social marketing content plans and execution, including creative assets and text for social and branding communication,
•Work with and manage supporting external vendors who support our social and community efforts.

Requirements:
•Very good English, especially in writing;
•Excellent knowledge of social networking and netiquette;
•Empathy and the ability to self-identify with players' problems;
•Creative thinking and problem solving approach;
•Good communication skills, motivation and team-oriented approach to work;
•Passion for games and game-related topics;
