Office Administration Intern

About you: You have some experience in administration and / or finance, however this is not a must. You love numbers and paperwork, and you are not afraid of multitasking while mastering new programs and creating Excel Tables. If you are willing to develop and your actions are driven by passion for what you do, we truly hope to offer you a regular job after a three month internship.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Administration and Finance team in various processes, ensuring a smooth & timely flow of information and paperwork, as well as helping with tasks related to the proper functioning of our office. In particular:

• Processing documents in internal systems.
• Preparing and processing settlements of company and business trip expenses.
• Preparing credit card settlements, overseeing the flow and accuracy of invoices vs. billings.
• Verifying credit card billings vs. expenditures.

Job Requirements:

• Availability at least 3 days a week.
• Interest in administration and / or finance topics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under time pressure.
• Love of order, especially in processes and documents and ability to organize your work-environment well.
• Honesty, passion, creativity. These are not only our values, but the adjectives that describe your profile best.
• A friendly and hardworking personality.
• Fluent English and Polish (both written and spoken).
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, but also Word and Powerpoint).
• Enthusiasm and willingness to constantly grow as a person.
