Training Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• develop training modules and post-module assessments in collaboration with Subject Matter;
• expert on as-needed basis and as program requirements demand;
• deliver or assist SMEs with delivery of training modules;
• participate in competency gaps analysis studies to determine training needs;
• analyze training and competency requirements for projects;
• forecast range and scope of internal training programs;
• facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods;
• responsible for all training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training;
• maintain updated curriculum database and training records;
• manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in IT preferred;
• highly developed communication, presentation skills and facilitation skills;
• planning and organizing skills as well as creative thinking and proactive approach;
• knowledge of training methods and techniques;
• knowledge of testing processes;
• familiarity with bug tracking tools;
• strong game playing abilities and good understanding of the various genres.
