EVERYDAYiPLAY is looking for a part-time Community Manager for its titles Vikings Gone Wild and Heroes of Paragon.
Our company is based in Kraków, Poland, and specializes in free-to-play games for both Facebook and mobile. Its strongest title, Vikings Gone Wild, is a 4 years old free-to-play strategy game.
As a Community Manager, you will:
- act as a bridge between the company and the community
- create announcements for game updates and such
- participate in discussions about the game with the players
- report feedback, bugs and issues back to the development team
- answer emails and private messages both on the game forum and Facebook
- manage the game forum and Facebook pages
- manage the small team of volunteers (chat and forum moderators)
You ideally have:
- 2 years of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry
- 1 year of experience in team management
- a strong understanding of how to empower a team of volunteers
You are:
- completely fluent in English, especially written
- rigorous, committed and attentive to details
- driven by solving players' issues
- very patient and able to explain something to players very effectively
