Game Producer for Indie Studio & Awesome Game :)

EVERYDAYiPLAY, the studio behind Vikings Gone Wild, one of Facebook’s Top New Games of 2013, is looking for a Producer for its current and future projects.

The responsibilities of the role

• Work closely with the Product Owner to plan and maintain the project roadmap as well as plan and prioritize work on a sprint to sprint basis.
• Maintain product backlog based on ongoing production, player feedback, QA reports and trends in the market.
• Manage cooperation with external service providers (marketing, user acquisition, analytics, QA, etc.)
• Support the team by identifying and eliminating obstacles and ensuring proper communication.
• Ensure a clear vision of the short- and long-term goals is shared by the team.
• Drive positive change by constantly re-evaluating team performance and identifying areas of improvement.
• Design processes and best practices.
• Plan and coordinate external testing sessions.
• Take active part in setting the creative direction of all current and future projects.
