Associate Producer - Scrum Master

For our studio in Warsaw, we are looking for candidate that will take the role of:

Associate Producer
Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:
• Have control over the scrum processes- facilitating daily scrum and sprint planning and ensuring the correct use of scrum process
• Own, update and manage technical project documentation, from Excel, Wiki and MS Project among others
• Liaise with development staff on a daily basis
• Have a clear understanding of development status at all times
• Track and schedule tasks as required
• Maintain project Risk log.
• Bridge communication between development team and QA.
• Assist with Outsource requirements as required.

Key Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert in estimation and planning
• A people person, able to interact with all levels of development and management staff
• A keen gamer, up-to-date with latest titles and trends
• Working knowledge with MS Project
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
