CI Games S.A. is an international publisher, developer and distributor of video games.

For our office in Rzeszów we are looking for :

Studio Head
Rzeszów

Person hired on that position will be responsible for leading our office in Rzeszow. People management, tasks scheduling, planning & tracking that will be your daily duty. If you have experience with Studio Management or/and with Project Management than you are the person that we are looking for.

Our additional requirements:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Project Management/Studio Management;
• Experience with Jira will be a big advantage
• Extremely strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and a high degree of individual initiative and commitment;
• Speak fluently in Polish and English;
• Passion for Games

Main responsibilities:
• Daily cooperation with in-house and external resources to create to meet production schedules and maintain a coherent creative vision throughout the entire development life cycle;
• Develop and maintain schedules and budgets plan for all resources needed to complete the project;
• Facilitate communication of the overall project status, progress, issues, and risks to management.
• Collaborate with team leads and members to deliver high quality products within the budgeted and time frame;
• Managing and optimizing project pipeline and processes;
• Risk management and plans set-up to resolve issues early before they become bigger problems.
