Animator

CI Games is a team of over 100 exceptionally talented people who are committed to excellence in game design and development.
Currently we are looking for a skilled person to join our Warsaw team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Bring our characters to life by delivering high quality 3D animations
• Create both realistic, responsive and stylized motion
• Develop animations that support gameplay and visuals
• Focus on character animation
• Participate in weekly meetings and meet deadlines

Requirements:
• A minimum 2 years of experience in animating characters and elements of the game environment
• Strong understanding of development issues involved in getting animations into a game
• Full grasp of 3D Max or Maya
• Experience with editing Motion Capture data
• A keen eye for movement, light, composition and form and skills in creating animations in a consistent style, with great care for detail
• Ability to convey the personality and emotions of a character through movement
• Good communication skills, motivation and team-oriented approach to work.
